Exercise tangan

Exercise tangan pagi tadi. Almaklumlah , dah lama tak mengexercise tangan, dah naik kematu dan ketuat.Betul ke ayat tu?. Senaman tangan yang mudah, ialah dengan menguli tepung.Peluh pun keluar, tangan pun boleh jadi lembut.

Buat Donut, donut, dapat menguji tahap kekuatan tangan sendiri.





Perkara paling utama

1)Dalam bowl besar -Bubuh 1/2 kilo tepung gandum gaul 1/2 tbsp baking powder, kemudian gaul ngan yeast kering mauripan (yang dah dicampur ngan air)

2)pecahkan telur sebiji
3)masukkan 2 sudu besar susu pekat
4)masukkan 2 sudu besar majerin
5)1/2 tsp garam
6)air (tuang sedikit demi sedikit sehingga cukup)




Uli doh hingga lembut.



Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian.Biar selama 20 minit.





Canai , terap ngan mengunakan acuan donut.





Biar lagi selama 20 minit. Goreng dalam minyak yang panas , sehingga keperangan.





Gaul donut ngan gula castor.


Selepas semua siap, ujian harus dilakukan ketas Donut.

Senyum tapir : Kurang suka Donut yang dijual di kedai kek atau pasaraya, rasa tekak loya kalau makan , sebab donut dia cam ada banyak minyak.
