Ezekiel Egg McMuffin
![]() Good Afternoon! It has been a great rainy day! I love the rain and now it has cleared up and is sunny and beautiful and a mere 95 degrees. This is a cool front! Anyways, the rain held out until after I taught Baby Boot Camp and we had a fun class today. I came home and tried out a workout I saw in the new issue of Fitness Magazine. All the exercises were designed to utilize only a pair of gliders, a band and a set of 5 lb weights, all of which I own. I am always on the lookout for new exercises to try out so that I can incorporate them into my own workouts but my client's workouts as well. I want to try and keep things fresh. It was a really fun workout and I definitely will be doing it again. I have not gotten in as much cardio as I would have liked but I plan on running and swimming tomorrow so I think that will make up for it. So when I came home my hubby had made the kids breakfast and there was a lingering piece of Canadian Bacon that smelled really good so I decided to make an Ezekiel Egg McMuffin for lunch. Ezekiel Egg McMuffin 1 Ezekiel 7-Sprouted Grain English Muffin 1 piece of Canadian Bacon 1 egg 1 Veggie Slice- Cheddar Flavor Yum! This was very filling and not greasy like the kind at McDonald's. As you may know by now, I am a HUGE fan of Food for Life Ezekiel 7-Sprouted Grain English Muffins. They are the absolute best and I just love the texture. That pretty much made the whole Egg McMuffin even better. This obviously would be great for breakfast as well. I just can't seem to get jazzed up about eggs first thing in the morning but I may have to this was so good and really kept me going for a long time. related searches : Ezekiel
