Fall weather foods
The weather has been in the 60s-low 70s, making it definitely feel more fall-like outside. I enjoyed much cooler (and faster) runs and got the chance to mix up my meals. Fall is a great time to get a jump start on developing a clean eating lifestyle. Many vegetables are still in season, and there are so many fantastic hot dishes to be made! 101 Cookbooks? noodle dish [I added kale] is pictured below. I?m not normally a huge pasta fan, but I loved the creamy taste of coconut milk + the tartness of the lime juice.
