Filipino Style Meatloaf

Posted the08/07/2009 By Cooking with Me (Visit website)

Filipino Style Meatloaf or famously known as embutido or enchido is a type of sausage found in Spain, Portugal, Philippines and Central and South America. This is actually my first time to try this recipe and it went well. My husband likes it too! I got this recipe from an uploaded video in pinoychannel. You can see the video for yourself so it is better for you to follow the procedures in making it. Have fun!
