Fish molee

Ingredients:-
Fish fillet - 1/2 kg
Onion chopped - 2 nos
Gralic chopped - 2 tsp
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 4- 5 nos half slit
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
tomato chopped - 1 nos
Thin coconut milk - 2 cup
Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
Oil
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method
Clean and cut the fish into medium piecesMarinate it with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt.Keep it for 1 hour in a refrigeratorHeat oil in a pan and shallow fry this fish pieces till they are half cookedin the remaining oil saute' chopped onions,Ginger,garlic and green chillies.When they are soft and have a flavour add remaining turmeric powder and pepper powder and combine it wellPour the thin coconut milk to the pan and add chopped tomatoesNow add the fried fish pieces and cover it with a lidCook it on a medium flame till the fish is done and the gravy is reduced to halfAdd thick coconut milk and curry leaves and let it stand on a low flame for 3- 4minutesRemove from fire and serve hot
