Fish rolls stuffed with Sausage and Spinach
![]() Fish rolls stuffed with sausage and spinach Ingredients Fish Fillet ( bone less ) - 200 gms Ginger Juice - 2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon ( or to taste ) Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon ( or to taste ) Shredded Sausage - 50 gms Shredded Spinach - 25gms Oil for frying For the batter: Flour - 1 cup Water - 3 tablespoon Egg- 1 no Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon Make a smooth batter ( except sesame seeds ) with all the ingredients and sprinkle sesame seeds. Keep aside for half an hour. Method Cut the Seer fish into thin slices. Marinate with ginger juice, salt and pepper. Roll the sliced fish with the shredded sausage and spinach stuffed inside. Coat the rolled fish with flour batter. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry on a medium heat till golden color.
