You guessed it right. All of the above. And I am all of the above. If you've been reading this blog for a while, you'll know that ease of preparation as well as freshness and honesty of flavors are important to me. So I thought I'd share with you, dear readers, a picture of the mahi mahi I made a few days ago. I marinated it in chermoula for 24 hours for a deep, sultry flavor.
