Thank you guys for all of your questions! You guys are askin? some good ones. Keep ?em coming! I?m going to pull them all together over the weekend and answer them, then post my responses starting Monday.

I wanted to follow up on my post from earlier today.  A lot of you asked about the shea butter I use as a moisturizer. It?s just 100% pure, raw, unrefined organic shea butter?.like from this site. We usually buy it in bulk online (wherever we can find it the least expensive at the time), cut it into pieces, and freeze it. Then we pull it out when we need it. The little silver thing I store it in is just a tin that we ordered online.

Oh, and by the way, the we I am referring to is my Mom and I?she can?t handle commercial products either and is the one who got me started with all of this natural skin care business? Thanks, Mom!

When I first started using the shea butter, I actually didn?t like it! It looks a bit greasy when you first put it on, but it absorbs into your skin and feels so good after. No greasy face here!

Speaking of following up?Remember that mysterious box I bought the other day? It is, in fact, nutritional yeast. Phew.

Why nutritional yeast? Well, it?s rich in B12 vitamins, as well as protein which makes it great for vegetarians/vegans (or simply the health conscious like myself!)?.and most importantly, it tastes good! Kind of cheesy and nutty. Much like myself.

I had some sprinkled on leftover ratatouille (the last of it, thank God!) for lunch today.

And dessert was a pink lady apple with purée d’amandes.

And that?s that! I?ll leave you with my latest favorite musician. Her name is Esperanza Spalding, and apparently she is very popular in Paris. I found her name in a French magazine I bought for class and looked her up right away. She?s jazzy and soulful and I just love her.

This song is one of my very favorites?.

Bonne soirée à vous!
