Four years ago today, a tragedy called Hurricane Katrina happened. Many people across the South, especially those in Louisiana and Mississippi were never the same again.

A culture and way of life were forever changed.

I am not from New Orleans proper, but I am from a small town not so far away, which made it tough enough to endure the horrors of Katrina. Wherever you may call home, think of how you would feel if the fabric of your heritage was torn asunder, never to be the same again.
