
Topping:
200 gr crumpled feta cheese
2 tablespoons parsley (cleaned and chopped
1 egg
Optional blackpepper and red flaked pepper
Sliced Frech stick
Butter (optional)
Mix all of the topping ingredients. It should have enough egg to keep the cheese on the bread from spilling. Put topping on sliced French stick. If you like you can butter the bread first. It is not necessary but does give a nice buttery smell. Toast in a small toaster or the oven at 400 degrees until brown.
