French Crepe Suzette Ingredients for Pan Cake Eggs 2Flour 1 cup heaped Milk 1 cup heaped Salt a pinch Caster sugar 1 tbsp Ingredients for Filling Butter 4 ounceCaster sugar 5 ounce Orange juice 1 cup Orange essence few drops Orange color few drops Ceramal syrup 2 tbsp Orange peel 2 tbsp Method for Pan Cake In a bowl mix together 2 eggs, 1 cup flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp caster sugar and 1 cup milk. Beat until smooth, strain the mixture with a fine strainer, heat frying pan, slightly greased with oil, pour one cooking spoon of prepared batter and tilt frying pan evenly, cook pan cake for 1 minute, turn and cook the other side, do the same with the remaining batter until all batter is used.Method for Filling ,Melt 4 ounce butter in a frying pan, add in 5 ounce sugar, stir until melted and slightly brown, add 2 tbsp ceramal syrup, 1 cup orange juice, few drops of orange color, few drops of orange essence and 2 tbsp orange peel. Cook till syrup slightly thick, spread your crepes, put 1 tsp of the cooked filing in each crepes, fold into halves and then in triangle, arrange in a dish, pour the prepared syrup on top, serve immediately. related searches : French
