Fried Chilly Chappathi
Fried Chilly Chappathi For this dish you need 2 nos. of chapathi (Left over Chapathi's) 1 big sized onion Salt to taste 1 big sized capsicum 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. of masala powder 1 tsp of chilli powder 2 tsp. of tomato sauce 2 tsp. of oil Coriander for garnishing Preparation Chop the onion and capsicum. Cut chappathi into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and capsicum. Saute them well. To this add turmeric powder, chilli powder ,garam masala powder and salt. Till the raw flavors extract saute them. Finally add the chapathi pieces and tomato sauce and cook them for 5 mins.... Garnish with coriander. Fried Chilly chapathi is ready................
