Fried YakiSoba Noodles with Steamed Salmon Steaks

By One Scoop At A Time (Visit website)

These fresh yakisoba noodles from the Japanese market have become a household hit. The yakisoba is very much like Chinese chow mein noodles, and I'm not sure if there is any difference aside from the sauce. To make them, I simply pan-fry the noodles and add a bit of the special seasoning or light soy sauce if I want less sodium.

Yakisoba noodles are typically served with minced meats and veggies, but tonight I made them plain. The main course was the steamed salmon steak with a small salad on the side.
