Fun! Fun! Fun at Pebble Beach Food & Wine 2010
Thanks to Foodbuzz, I received two tickets to participate in the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Festival 2010 held on the famous 17 Mile Drive in the resort grounds. We spent our afternoon cozying up in the Lexus Grand Tasting Tent with some 60 prominent chefs and 250 acclaimed wineries from around the world.
It was a one of a kind experience that BJ and I will forever remember. I'm devoting this post to pictures documenting the fun we had. I'll write another post tomorrow featuring the stars of the event - the food and wine. So bear with us...lots of ear to ear grins in the photos ahead. Even fans of great food and wine enjoy the simple pleasures of ice cream This is a gourmet scoop of the most delectable carmel ice cream ever. The beer garden was a unique alternative to all the wine stations and probably BJ's favorite. A happy BJ with his Hoegaarden brew on tap. It was so nice to bump into Kim and Hong from Raveneous Couple at Tyler Florence's station. We had met briefly at Foodbuzz's kick-off food festival last year in San Francisco. Local grower Driscoll's had an entire platform with delicious healthy samples. The famous local grower of strawberries served up several treats - from custards, to fruit cups, to fizzie drinks. For those wondering where...this signature West Coast culinary event was spectacularly hosted within this giant tent. related searches : Fun
