Garlic Curry (a tamil nadu dish)
So many people love to eat garlic curry which people made in tamilnadu.. That is very healthy and tasty but we need perfect recipe otherwise we can't eat.
I got this recipe from one my friend she is from tamilnadu. Ingredients 1 cup tamarind juice 15 peeled garlic cloves salt turmeric powder (roast pepper corn, chenna dal, toor dal, uradh dal, cumin seeds well and make it powder) Chilli powder pinch and coriander powder curry leaves mustard seeds coriander leaves. oil Preparation: 1.Taka a non stick sauce pan and pour oil once it get heat add mustard seeds, curry leaves and peeled garlic cloves fry it well. 2.Now add tamarind juice to it and let it boil sometime until the curry looks some thick consistency. 3.Now add turmeric, salt, chillipowder, corainder powder (1:2 ratio chilli and coriander powder). 4.And add masala powder which we make already. 5.Let ot cook on low flame some time.. 6.Garnish with coriander leaves. 7.Serve with hot rice. related searches : Garlic
