Garlic Prawns Fry
Ingredients:
Prawns - 2 cups, cleaned and de-veined Ajinomoto - 1 tsp (optional) Soya Sauce - 3 tsp Garlic paste - 6 tsp Egg - 1, well beaten Cornflour - 5 tsp Maida - 2 tsp Green chillies - 2, chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp, finely chopped Sugar - 1/4th tsp Oil, for frying Salt, as per taste Method: In a bowl, mix prawns with the remaining ingredients except oil. Mix well amd keep for an hour for marination. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry prawns in the hot oil until crisp and done. Serve hot. Serving Tips: Serve hot Garlic Prawns fry with Fried rice or any Indian bread. Can also be served with mint chutney or dips. related searches : Garlic
