Ginger Pepper Crab Fry
Ingredients:-
Crabs - !/2 lb Ginger- 4 tbsp (Finely chopped pieces) Garlic-3 tbsp (Pieces or paste) Black Pepper Ground Coarsely-3 tbsp Salt to taste Oil-3 tbsp Oil deep frying ![]() Method:- Clean the crabs and cut in half,break the legs. Now deep fry the crab until half-cooked,drain and set aside. ![]() ![]() Heat a wok,add oli when it hot add ginger pieces,garlic pieces,pepper powder and salt fry well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Saute till fragrant,then add crab mix well. ![]() ![]() ![]() Then close the pan with lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the crab is done.Stir fry until slightly brown. ![]() Transfer it to a serving dish... ![]() Serve hot with rice or u can serve like snack. related searches : Ginger
