Gluten Free Bakery in Toronto
In addition to having a very wide range of gluten-free items, the bakery also offers many Vegan choices as well. Work is currently underway to develop a full line of sugar-free items. The first such item is a gluten-free, vegan and sugar free lemon tart that is made with Agave and Xylitol (a sugar substitute that is 100% natural and is derived from Birch trees). The bakery is also 100% nut-free so those with anaphylactic allergies are safe! Wild Earth Cafe and bakery is open 7 days a week and is located at 2142 Queen Street East in Toronto. The TTC stops at the door and there is ample street parking. The cafe is very “Mom Friendly” and has change tables and high chairs and is also wheelchair and stroller accessible.
