Gluten-Free Baking Class with Chef Alain Braux, of People?s Rx

Peoples Rx is proud to present a Gluten-Free Baking Class by Chef Alain Braux, their Chef -Nutritherapist at the People’s Rx store in Westlake.

The baking class will be held at the Central Market Cooking School.

When: Saturday, June 26, 2010, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Where: Central Market Cooking School, North Lamar and 40th Street

What: Provencal Boule, Cranberry Scones, Chocolate Pecan Cookies and Blueberry Muffins (YUM!)

Cost: $65.00 per person

Note: This will be a hands-on class. All the equipment and ingredients will be provided. This class will not be held if there are less than 5 participants.
