Gluten free food and allergy show!

Last year I went to the New Zealand gluten free food and allergy show - it was AWESOME!
I am really excited about going to it this year. I promise I will have the guts to take photos this time!
I'm actually really, really excited about the show, strange, considering my last post. I'm looking forward to it just about as much as I'm looking forward to the annual library book sale in October [I usually turn up three hours early... yup, I'm a nerd.] my excitement levels for that are a very nerdy 85%.
I get 98% excited about Christmas and 96% excited about Easter. I love those holidays. [My GF hot cross bun recipe is coming soon!]
