Gobi (Cauliflower) Manchurian
![]() Ingredients: cauliflower 15 to 20 p maida 1/2cup cornflour 2tbsp chilli powder 1/2tsp salt to taste ginger, and garlic paste 1tsp oil to fry For gravy: tomato sauce 2Tbsp soya sauce 2tsp salt to taste cornflour 1tsp ginger 1 inch garlic 1pod Preparation: Mix cornflour , maida, salt, and chilli powder together Add ginger garlic paste to the mixture Make the four mixture to a thick batter, thick enough to coat the cauliflower Heat oil in a kadai and add the florets dipped in the batter and deep fry Keep the deep fried florets seperately Add tomato sauce to the kadai along with soya sauce Allow it to boil for sometime Add chopped ginger and garlic to the tomato sauce Add salt If needed u can add some water Then to get a thick consistency add the cornflour mixed with water to the tomato sauce mixture Finally add those deep fried florets to the sauce and garnish with spring onions. related searches : Gobi
