Wheat flour dosa or godhuma dosa is an easy to make dosa..The batter can be prepared in no time and then ofcourse dosas have to be made...These dosas are healthy as they are made with wheat flour.. Fry till the chopped onion turns brown... Keep this aside... Now mix the 2 cups of wheat flour with salt to taste and required water(preferrably 2.5 to 3 cups) Mix well...There should be no lumps present... Now add the seasoned onion mixture to this and mix well.. Heat tava or pan and place on medium heat... Once it is heated up,pour a ladleful of the dosa batter in the centre.... Using the underside of the ladle, spread the batter outwards in a quick circular motion to form a flat pancake/dosa(approximately 7" to 8" in diameter).. If you wanter a smaller one,you can make a smaller one... For children, use ghee!!! Drizzle all around with a little oil...Flip over and cook the other side.... Remove and place on a serving platter... Absorb excess oil with a tissue.... Prepare the remaining dosa using the same method.... Serve hot with any chutney...
