Cum se fac gogosarii in otet :

Se aleg gogosarii proaspeti, nepatati, se coc, se curata de pielita si se adauga in borcan unul langa altul. Se toarna deasupra otet fiert cu sare (40 g sare la 1 litru de otet) si peste aceasta cate 2 linguri de ulei la un borcan. Se leaga cu celofan si se pastreaza la rece. Gogosarii copti in otet se pastreaza mai bine daca se face si sterilizarea borcanelor in prealabil la bain-Marie.
