Gongura Mutton
Gongura 1 big bunch Mutton 1pound Onion 1 large Green chillies 8 Ginger Garlic paste 2sps Chilli powder 1 1/2 sp Haldi 1/2 sp Salt to taste Oil 1/4 cup Cilantro 1/2 cup Garam masala/ meat masala 1sp Method: In a pan heat 4sps of oil and add cut green chillies and gongura. Cook till the gongura leaves change its color. Cool and grind to smooth paste and keep aside. In a presser cooker heat rest of the oil and add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Saute for few mits. Add haldi and salt. Cook till the raw smell goes. Now add washed mutton and cook for 10mits. Now add chilli powder and garam or meat masala and salt. Cook for another 5 mits and add gongura paste and 1/2 cup water. Mix well, cover with lid and cook on high flame till 8 vessils. If not cooked put the lid and cook for some more time. Till the water gets evaporated and gravy thickens. Finally add chopped cilantro and serve with rice or roti. This curry serves 3 people. related searches : Gongura
