1 ounce Gram flour 1 ounce Rice flour 5-6 Chopped green chilies 1/2 bunch Chopped coriander 2-3 Chopped spring onions 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 2-3 Sliced onions 1 tsp Garlic paste 1/3 tsp Baking soda Oil for frying2-3 Salad leaves For garnishing 2-3 Tomatoes For garnishing
Directions In a mixing bowl, with the help of your hands, combine together the onions, green chilies, spring onions, coriander, salt, cumin powder, and baking soda.Then add the rice flour, gram flour and water. Mix together to form a smooth batter.On a medium flame heat oil in wok and deep fry the pakoras until brown and crispy.Serve on a platter garnished with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.related searches : Gram Flour
