Green Peas Cookies - CNY
I guess many of us Chinese will be thinking what to bake for the coming Chinese New Year celebration which falls on 14th Febraury which coincide with Valentine's Day :)) So it will be a double celebration this year :))) For me I am still trying out a few recipes before deciding which one I want to bake for the CNY . This is definitely one of them :) Green Peas Cookies !I found this Green Peas Cookies recipe from Lydia of My Kitchen. I used self raising flour instead of plain flour. I find that using self raising flour the cookies are more fluffy and truly melts in the mouth. I tried out one load and I find it good and I will definitely bake this for the coming CNY. For your information, this is the first time I tried making this and I love it...thumbs up and a big Thank You to Lydia for sharing this recipe :))) Easy to make and simply yummy !
