GREEN TOMATO CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS : Green Tomato / Raw Tomato -- 5 medium Tamarind - a small piece Curry leaves and Coriander leaves Salt to taste Channa dal -- 2 tbps Red Chillies - 3 Onion - 1 big Mustard and Urat dal - 1 tsp each METHOD OF PREPARATION : 1 ) Heat oil in a pan . Add Mustard,channa dal ,tamarind and Urat dal . When it splutters , add chopped onion and red chillies and saute till tender . Add salt . 2) Then , add tomato and saute till it forms thick gravy with onion .Add curry and coriander leaves. 3) Off the flame and allow it to cool . Then , grind it in a blender .
