Ground Beef "Porterhouse" Steak in a Panini or George Foreman Grill
1 pound ground beef1 egg
3 Tablespoons milk 2 Tablespoons minced onion 1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Brush or wife your George Foreman Grill or Panini machinewith olive oil and preheat. Do not use an aerosol (can) spray. It will help to make your grill last longer using oil and it will thank you. Combine all of the ingredients except the Olive Oil until well blended. Form the meat mixture to look like two 3/4 inch porterhouse steaks. brush lightly with Olive Oil. Place steaks in the grill and close lid. Cook for 5 minutes or until done. Serve hot. Makes 2 to 4 servings. After serving the grilled food, make sure that the grill is unplugged. Place a wet cloth that can be washed and reused, in the grill and close the lid.
