Gym Then Work
At the gym this morning I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and then all of a BodyPump class except abs and cool down. The leader was slow today and I needed to head out of the gym to get ready for work. I also was not as energetic as afterwork. My body needs to get used to this new routine.
I'm so used to the gym after work that it was seriously hard to come to work after the gym. I just wanted to sit down on the coach and read! Instead, I got myself dressed, at my breakfast at home while I read, and then came to work. For breakfast, I had my usual oatmeal with almond butter, sliced banana, and chocolate Amazing Grass. For lunch, I packed leftover "dinner omelet" and snow peas. I also have yogurt with strawberries and a gnu bar for snacks. Off to tackle my to-do list at works. On a part-time schedule, it's like I'm out and playing catch-up continually. related searches : Gym
