Haagen-Daz Trinity
So there was a sale at the grocery store for Haagen-Daz Ice Sorbet and Frozen Yogurt that I could not resist! Especially the Tart Frozen Yogurt. I have to tell you it is amazing! I love tart fro yo and this stuff really is very similar in taste to the Tart that you can get at Yogurt Planet except it has more of an ice cream consistency. Even Better! The stats are not too terrible either- 1/2 cup = 190 calories, 180 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 9 grams of protein. I also picked up some Cranberry Bluberry Sorbet for Emmet, he is a cranberry head and some Mango Sorbet for Zoe, who loves Mangos and I, of course, love it all. Cranberry Blueberry Sorbet-1/2 cup serving 100 calories and 0 fat. Mango Sorbet- 1/2 cup serving 120 calories and 0 fat. All three of these are great! Haagen-Daz really is the best! I still love their Coffee Ice Cream and have to indulge in the full fat version from time to time. One of my quicky desserts that I love to make in a pinch is to take an angel food cake and split it in half- horizontilly, scoop out a little well in the cake and fill it with softned Haagen-Daz Coffee Ice Cream, drizzle it with some Chocolate Sauce and garnish with rasperries and mint and you have a beautiful and scrumptious dessert in no time! So my dessert was a little of each kind of frozen yogurt and sorbet topped with fresh raspberries and blueberries! Oh so good and I LOVE the TART! You have got to go and get some of this stuff... AMAZING! I did not measure anything but I figured I had about a 1/3 cup of each kind of ice cream and it was worth every little calorie. Have a great night and I will check back in the AM. related searches : Haagen Daz
