Happiness is...
Cookies!
Well and that everything is going to be fine feeling of having a particularly awesome day. Following on from a particularly relaxing evening of cuddles and top gear. Life somehow manages to make exams feel like a distant worry. The introduction to our matlab project is forming in my head. I should get it down on paper this evening with time to study for the C++ exam on Tuesday? Definitely, so do I sound like I have time to be baking? I found this recipe in my bookmarks while clearing them out. Eoin said he liked the sound of them, so I decided I must bake them. It's from baking equals love, I haven't changed the recipe much. I used quite a heavy peanut butter so put in extra sugar to even that out. You should still check out her recipe, as I want someone to buy me her tea set. It's too adorable. These are how mine turned out. They taste like a snickers in cookie form. Ingredients 250 g peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup white sugar (or 2/3 cup if you used a heavy peanut butter) 1 egg 1 bag of chocolate chips. (about 100 g) Method Preheat oven to 160C degrees. In an large bowl, beat the peanut butter, vanilla, sugar and egg. Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll into little balls and place on a prepared baking tray. Flatten slightly. Bake for 20 minutes. Beating (though fork is best) Plus whole bag of chocolate chips Roll into balls and then flatten Then bake for 20 minutes. related searches : Happiness
