Happy Thanksgiving!

Good morning one and all! I hope your enjoying the beginning of your Thanksgiving day! Im sitting on my couch enjoying a fabulous bowl of oats being serenading by Broadway stars! Why can't every morning be this grand?
But... Before I get on to breakfast I will fill you in on last night. I was not satisfied after my salty dip in the Dead sea of dinner, so I fixed a bowl of Kashi and Galaxy granola to have. I guess it was more of my mind that was not satisfied, rather than my tummy, because I felt too full after this. Im off my game !This morning I began the cornbread production as I prepared my breakfast. I had a few leftover figs from the farmer's market bunch so I tossed those on my banana-base. I had a PB dipper on the side. 
I did however use my grab-bag of grains for the base this morning. 
Basically, whenever I get to the end of something, I toss the awkward amount into a baggie and mix it with my oats for a schmorgesborg of whole grain goodness. I was happy to see my wheat-berries speckled throughout my bowl this morning for some added chew, fabulous! 

Well, I wish you all and your families a beautiful day. Enjoy these blessings, the quality time you have with loved ones. Remember to take in the abundance of the day, enjoying every bite! I am so grateful for the wonderful friends I have made through this blog, and the lessons I have learned and shared through this community! 
Time to continue my preparations for the day, and enjoy the Parade! Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
