Harumi & Me (Week 10)

By Mrs Multitasker (Visit website)

It’s been a long time since my last Harumi post, but I am back in action! I think I’m going to wrap up this project soon though. Including tonight I’ve covered 24 recipes over 10 cooking sessions, which is plenty. So I’ll try to wrap things up by the end of the month, and cover a total of 30 recipes over 12 sessions.

As I mentioned previously, we’re cutting down on our carb intake, so tonight I did several meat dishes, only one of which was from my Harumi book. But it was a good one: Beef and Vegetable Rolls

Easy to do, very delicious, and very pretty. I will definitely be making this again…

I’ve been separating my Harumi recipe posts from the main Harumi posts (ok I know at first glance that doesn’t make sense), so I’m just going to stick to that here too. Recipe to come in the next post.
