1/2 lb carrot and celery kinpira 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tsp Japanese soy sauce 1/2 lb thin sliced pork 3-5 mushrooms boil Harusame
when it is cooked, wash and cut long as 1 inch
heat the skillet and put sesame oil into it stir pork
add boiled harusame
add mushrooms, carrot and celery kinpira
add fish sauce and Japanese soy sauce
