Healing/Healthy Habits

 Regardless of " dis- ease" or no dis- ease  if your simply Health Conscious then you will have certain Habits that you will have in your routine that puts you in a space of calm and love or will in the longer run add to your over all health. Prior to a diagnosis I had none. Occasionally eating a "real" meal would probably have been it.


These days after some trial and error I have few that helps me and some I love doing!


1. Early Morning- Drinking A spoon of Olive Oil as soon as I wake up. Followed by 10 blanched Almonds( soaked overnight and then peeled). Oilve oil helps your Liver do it's job well and the Almonds are for Good fats.
2. After that I drink a Big Glass of Lemon Water and take my Supplements..

What's in there?? Flax oil, fish oil( anti- inflammatory) Spirulina(super food. over all health) Pro- Biotic(Gut Flora and Fauna :P) Amalaki, Ashwagandha, Triphala, Shatavari, Brahmi
As you can see most of them are Herbal Supplements. And I assure you I did not buy them randomly after the reading the labels( one would think so lookimg at this lot!) They were recommended to me by my Iridologist, Andrea the cutest and most charming one you would ever find! ( He is a man(I mean the name coulsd easily mean a woman). Prounce Italian like). There are days when I feel like I am over doing the supplement thing.. But wisely I have realised my Bod needs it.


3. LOVE JUICE: GREENIE'S . Need I say more? And also eat good whole, clean food.


4. Walking and Yoga- Freeeeeeing.. These open up my body energies like NO thing else.. I feel at peace and loved. Paying attention to your body movements is incredibly calming and even meditative! The Yoga I started and still do is very easy and light.. Usually with You Tube. This is one of my fav clips..


5. Meditate- Now this one took it's time coming. If I don't feel like it then I don't do it. But when I DO it's the BEST. I don't follow any specific kind of meditation I go with the flow and let my mood take me.

6. Healing Imagery-  I have in the past seen the term's Visual Imagery and thought... Hmmmmmm?
What I do is sit in a quite place and relax. Then I close my eyes and IMAGINE  a healing light entering and spreading through my body. The colour of the light depends on my day as well!! White, green. gold, yellow, psychedelic!! Go for it!!

7. Contemplation- This does not translate Yes, wallow in Self Pity! Personally I know and feel that this illness came to me for a reason. Through these 5 years a lot has been revealed and achieved but I know it's a process and Journey. I Respect and Love that. I follow my heart and soul. Try to. What do I contemplate?? Oh just stuff.. :P

8. Positivity and Love!!! Now this we ALL need!!! Surround yourself with positive people, think good thoughts, give and receive love!! If not for love why are we even here!!

9. Creative Expression- This is super important for me. My creative enegies need an outlet. I feel stuk and depressed other wise. It can be anything an "art" project, dancing!! blogging, photography, croaking songs.. Anything!! Get Creative...

10. Wow 10!! I didn't intentionally write 10. But here we are... So I will end on 10. S M I L E.
