I read about the most awesome dessert on the Casual Dish last weekend, and I?ve been all about it. I?m calling them the ?Casual? Oaties. The ?Casual? Oaties Ingredients 2 TBSP peanut butter 1/4 cup chocolate chips 2 TBSP milk 3/4 cup oats I?ve been guesstimating the measurements and they still taste awesome. You are supposed to heat the peanut butter, chocolate chips, milk and once melted mix in the oats. Then spoon into 8 cookie mounds and let sit in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. Based on these pictures it?s pretty obvious that I?m omitting two of the direction steps. I?m spooning the oaties right from the saucepan into my mouth!
