Herb butter for meats
Plop a dollop of this awesome butter onto the top of a steak before serving for some yummmmmmy greatness!
What you'll need: 2 Tbl finely chopped parsley2 tsp chopped tarragon 2 Tbl finely chopped chives 1/2 c softened butter 1 tsp dry mustard Salt and Sherry to taste Combine all ingredients and beat well with a fork.
