Herbed vinegars

1 x Herbs, fresh

Take any fresh herb(basil, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano,
garlic, etc) and place washed herbs in vinegar in glass bottle. Close
tightly and let sit for at least a month. Decant into another
