Ingredients


1/2 Ltr Full Cream Milk


Milkmaid


Dessicated Coconut


Cardamom Powder


Sugar (optional as Milkmaid in itself is sweet)


Method :


Heat milk on a shallow poin and bring to boil. Keep it on flame till the milk reduces to half. Add milkmaid to it and stir further for about 5 mins. Add in the grated dry coconut (bhoora) and mix till the mixture is dry and all milk is absorbed. Mix in the Elaichi powder and sugar if required.


Leave the mixture for 20 mins so it cools down. Once done, make small round balls and cover it up with the remaining dessicated coconut.
