I made a quick dash across country and back for the weekend to New York City, where I had a variety of different meals from different cultures, from sushi to risotto to bagels and lox to a Cambodian sandwich? but I missed cooking for myself. I didn’t get too fancy tonight; traveling doesn’t really agree with my insides. So I just grilled a teriyaki chicken breast on the GeoFo, and heated up some frozen Southwestern mix, and had a nice big green salad with tomatoes and carrots, which were still fresh in my fridge.
