Home-made chocolate chips - video recipe !
When you don't have any chocolate chips at home, and you don't want big fat chunks of chocolate by breaking pieces, you can use this technique to make nice and tiny chocolate chips !

- A piping bag of a pastry syringe.
Preparation
- Melt the proper amount of dark chocolate.
- Put it in a disposable piping bag or a pastry syringe.
- On wax paper, drop little amounts of chocolate.
- Leave to rest until it gets hard again. Don't hesitate to put it in the fridge if the temperature is too hot. There you are !
