Homemade chicken liver pâté

I first came across this delicious recipe from BBC GoodFood about a year ago. I've prepared it quite a few times since, preferring to use thyme only and no garlic - and sometimes I blended in by hand a bit of very finely chopped onion.

I've prepared it again this week and I felt the need to present it in a different manner so I added some orange slices to the picture and I must say - it's a good match tastewise too. Furthermore, turned it into finger food by modeling the pâté into little nuts as you can see below.
