Homemade Lechon Manok

When i checked our freezer yesterday, i saw a whole chicken and my husband told me that when the chicken is out you can not thraw it back to the freezer and it must be cook. I do not want to chopped the chicken into pieces rather instead i tried to look for recipes online and saw this video. It was very simple and i have all the ingredients. Lechon manok is very famous in the Philippines.

Ingredients

1 whole chicken
salt and pepper
rosemary
thyme
parsely
garlic cloves and whole garlic
lemon
1/4 cup fish sauce or soy sauce


marinate the chicken for at least an hour

preparing the chicken in the oven pan, cooked for 1 hr. and 30 mins at 220 degree C
