Honey and Ginger Salmon
If you are bored with your usual recipe for salmon, try this sweet and savory one. You’ll need: 1-2 salmon fillets, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp freshly grated ginger, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1-2 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp soy sauce, pepper. Instructions: Mix honey, cooking wine, mustard, soy sauce, pepper and ginger. Place fish in a deep dish and pour the mixture. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning the fish and coating it evenly.
