Hot Pepper Cheese Dip
![]() Yup...tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo and that means taco party at work...Ole! We have lots of taco parties at work...not sure why, but we just do. We love our taco parties! 1 cup sour cream 1 (8-oz) package of cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup chopped pitted olives 8 ounces (2 cups) of hot pepper jack cheese, shredded 1 (2-oz) jar diced pimiento, drained 1 TBS sliced green onion 1/4 cup of chunky salsa Tortilla Chips Take all ingredients, put in a blender, and blend well. The finished result should be a smooth but creamy mixture that tastes great when accompanied with your favorite tortilla chips. * Or, if you want a finished product that has a bit more weight to it . . . you can use a mixer to blend together the sour cream, cream cheese and salsa. Then, simply stir in your shredded cheese, olives, pimiento, and green onion. *
