How to Get Hardcore Abs in Three Moves

Feels like is has been an eternity since my last post.  It was a forced break, however.  Last week, after feeling tightness in my left knee for a few days, my body went on strike.  By the time I got home on Wednesday my knee had swollen up and I was forced to a “couch” rest.  My leg was up and on ice as much as possible ever since.


With only occasional times to get my food, teach my classes, or going to church, I was couch bound.  It was NO fun, trust me.  It was more like a sentence.  I felt a desperate need for a laptop, which is not on my MUST HAVE list.  I had OD’d on TV, read a book, and even attempted knitting.


Today I am feeling a bit better, so I am a happy camper.  I was finally able to bend my knee enough to record a short video, which I hope you will love.  I am still in the process of recovering, so more couch-bound resting is firmly etched into my schedule for today.


The exercises in the video will help you strengthen your abs, and achieve a chiseled, hardcore look.  However, as you will hear me say it in the video, FLAT ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN, Chiseled Abs are made on the floor.  If you don’t eat right and have excess weight, it won’t matter how many crunches you do.  You might end up with hard abs covered by a layer of fat and get discouraged.  So, make sure to eat right, and then look for results when doing these exercises.
