Hutspot olandez

Reteta de hutspot este cunoscuta in mai multe tari fiecare din ele cu versiunea sa, insa hutspot-ul traditional olandez se face cu carne de vita.

Ingrediente: 

1 kg de carne de vita4 cartofi 
2 morcovi mari2 cepe
4 linguri de unt sau margarina 
4 pahare de apa sare, piper negru, frunze de dafin
patrunjel pentru ornat

Mod de preparare: 

Se fierbe apa si se adauga carnea de vita, sare, frunzele de dafin si piperul. Se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic;Se curata legumele si se adauga in oala cu carne si se lasa la inabusit 30 ? 40 de minute;
Dupa ce s-au fiert, se scoate carnea, iar din legume se face un puree in care adaugati si 2 linguri de unt;Se pune in farfurie puree-ul de legume si carnea taiata bucatele, se toarna peste ele untul topit si se orneaza cu patrunjel taiat marunt.
