I hit the mother-load!
3 posts in one day….whoo hoo go me!! Late lunch: I’ve had this poor watermelon for at least a week now, maybe 2…..long enough that if I didn’t do something with it soon, it was going to go bad. Does eating watermelon make anyone else feel like it’s officially summertime?? It’s like the summery-ish fruit I can think of. Question I’ve pondered all day: How do you grow a SEEDLESS watermelon if it doesn’t have seeds? very deep thinking, I know Watermelon plus plus equals the perfect sunny weather lunch YUM!! I’ve decided that laundry multiplies…..anybody else with me on this?? And Russell and I don’t even have kids! Sooo following some more laundry, Russell and I decided to go run around. First pit stop, TJMaxx……….I hit the mother-load! All these products were great prices at TJMaxx…..I think I was mostly excited about the GNU bars!!! Remember me reviewing these bars??? Snack: I decided to eat half of the honest foods bar I got, on the way to go play frisbee and to walk This bar wasn’t too bad, I’ll be enjoying the other half soon, I’m sure. Frisbee and walking with the hubs was so fun! YAY for enjoying some sunshine today! Dinner: I came home to dinner already fixed. I had randomly thrown some things in the crock pot earlier…so easy! Tilapia Frozen stir-fry veggies Short grain brown rice 1 1/4 cup H2O sea salt fresh ground pepper Super easy! I set on low for 3 hours….that’s it! Came home to this: Simple, delicious, and healthy! I topped with some low-sodium soy sauce and it was perfect. Russell and I hit up Which Wich for him on the way home (he’s obsessed!)…..therefore I have crockpot leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Randomness of the day: Sleeping babies
