I Look Forward to Pot Luck Lunches

By River City Food and Wine (Visit website)

At work we have pot luck lunches once a month. And I get to try new foods (at least for me!). This past month, my mouth delighted in the following:

Mango puree and milk

Chicken Tandoori (B finally sent me the recipe!). Always good and always a promise of being mild (not really, but I don't mind)

and Payasam - a liquid sweet milky dessert with toasted cashews, tiny golden tapioca pearls, raisins, and vermicelli. Served warm. Heaven!
