Idly Fry

Ingredients

Left over Idlys   4 no.sOnion      1 no.(cut in length wise)Green Bell Pepper     1 tbsp (finely chopped)Curry leaves     fewCoriander leaves     few (finely chopped)Chilli powder     1/2 tspCurry masala powderor Garam masala      1/2 tspIdly milagai podi     1 tbsp or more.Fennel seeds     1/2 tspMustard seeds      1/4 tspSalt     as neededOil         1 tbsp
Method
Cut Idly in to cubes or bite size pieces and keep aside.Heat oil in a non stick vessel,add mustard and fennel seeds allow to pop.Then add onions,bell pepper,curry leaves ,fry lightly.Add idly pieces stir well and add all the dry powders.Sprinkle the dry powders evenly using the hands,allow to fry for few minutes in medium heat.toss them well.Lastly add finely chopped coriander leaves and stir well.Idly fry is ready now,serve hot with tomato ketchup.

For kids,reduce the chilli and garam masala powders and slightly increase idly podi ,fry well ,definitely they will love it and njoy .I use curry masala powder,it taste gud and nice flavor also,if possible try to get that powder and store ,Its like kitchen queen.just use a very litle or sprinkle them in all ur curry dishes,potato fry,cauliflower fry,noodles,kulambhu and etc.Ur dish well have special flavor and taste.
